DARLINGTON FABRICS CORPORATION: CREDIT CARD POLICY
Darlington Fabrics has the capability to process payment terms for sales using Master Charge/Visa. Should you wish to use your credit card to handle purchases, may we suggest you contact our Customer Service Department, located at the plant facility, Westerly, RI, to make the necessary arrangements.

We feel this is another method whereby credit/payment terms can be arranged so as to expedite delivery of Darlington product.
There are a few established parameters covering credit card sales that will apply:
Your account will be assessed a 3% Handling Fee by Darlington that will be added to your invoice. This 3% fee will be calculated on the total value of the transaction.
(For example, there may also be freight charges that would be subject to this fee.)
There may be situations where our customers (who may already have credit established with DFC) may want to use their credit card to pay for product already invoiced to their account and are still open as outstanding payables to Darlington. It should be noted that this 3% fee will apply, and that a separate invoice will be assessed for the value of the transaction.
We feel this is a good opportunity to allow us to expedite sales and shipment of desired product to our customers without having to wait through the credit process if there is any cause for delay.
